Vincent Guigues

I am associate professor within the school of Applied Mathematics of FGV university. I work on the theory of optimization (both deterministic and stochastic) and in statistics. I also work on real-life applications which need optimization and statistical techniques. Often such applications bring interesting theoretical questions. The most challenging such application I have been working on is the development of a chain of softwares for the management of emergency calls and of a fleet of ambulances.
